Abstract
Six anions (i.e.,F-,Cl-,NO-2,HPO2-4,NO-3 and SO2-4) in tobacco sample were separated by the method of matrix solid phase dispersion and determined by ion chromatography (IC).0.1 g of the sample was mixed with 0.4 g of graphitized carbon black granules and ground in a mortar to make it a homogeneous dispersion. The dispersion was then filled into a solid phase extraction column. The SPE column was eluted with hot water to dissolve the anions from the sample in the dispersion. An aliquot of the eluate was used for IC determination.YSA8-8164A-8 Anion chromatographic column was used as stationary phase, and a mixed solution of Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 was used as mobile phase.Conductivity detection was adopted. The above mentioned anions were separately within 12 min.Values of D.L.(3S/N) were below 0.025 mg·L-1.Tests for recovery and precision were made, giving values of recovery ranged from 96.4%-103.6%,and of RSD′s (n=5) less than 2.1%.
