Abstract
It was found that the magnitude of intensity of chemiluminescence (CL) produced by the reaction of SO2-3 with KClO3 and the complex of Ru(Ⅱ) with α,α′-bipyridyl,i.e.,Ru(BiPy)2+3,in the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) kept linear relationship with concentration of SO2-3 ion in the range from 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-4mol·L-1.Detection limit (3S/N) of this method was found to be 9.26×10-8mol·L-1.Precision was tested at the concentration level of 1.0×10-4mol·L-1 of SO2-3 for 6 determinations, and value of RSD found was 3.2%.A sample of white grape wine was analyzed by the proposed CL method, and the average content of SO2-3 found in it was 3.384×10-5mol·L-1.By using this sample as matrix, standard solutions of SO2-3 with 3 different concentrations were added to test for recovery of the method, values of recovery obtained were in the range of 96.8%-102.2%.
