    FT-IRS Analysis of Tricholoma Matsutake Sing and Agaricus Blazei Murrill

    • FT-IRS was applied to the rapid discrimination of 2 medicinal mushrooms, Tricholoma matsutake sing (TMS) and Agaricus blazei murrill (ABM). Through curve fitting study on the characteristic absorption peaks appeared in wave number range of 1 480-1 280 cm-1, obvious differences were found between TMS and ABM. To study further, 10 samples of TMS and 12 samples of ABM were taken and analyzed by FT-IRS, and principal component regression (PCR) analysis was applied to the clustering of the spectral data. As shown by the result of PCR-clustering analysis, the above mentioned 2 mushrooms could be clearly discriminated. And it was proved that the proposed method was an easy, efficient and rapid way to solve such problem.
