    Fluorescence Probe of Water Soluble CdTe Quantum Dots-Capillary Electrophoretic Determination of Biomicromolecules with Light-emitting Diode Induced Fluorescence Detection

    • Water soluble CdTe quantum dots (QD′s) were used as fluorescence probe in the determination of biomicromolecules using a self-designed and installed capillary electrophoretic instrument with light-emitting diode induced fluorescence detection.20 mmol·L-1 sodium borate solution of pH 9.2 was used as electrophoretic buffer solution.Baseline separation between the CdTe QD′s and glutathione labelled with the CdTe QD′s was attained within 6 min.It was proved that the used of the CdTe QD′s as fluorescence probe in the CE determination of biomicromolecules was feasible.
