UHPLC-MS/MS Determination of Residual Amounts of 19 Veterinary Drugs in Animal Tissues

A method of UHPLC-MS/MS for simultaneous determination of 19 veterinary drugs,including 13 sulfonamides and 6 quinolone in animal tissues was proposed.Nineteen veterinary drugs in sample were extracted with acetonitrile,and separated on Waters BEH C18 column and external standard method was used in the determination.The multi-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode was used for MS data collection.The values of detection limit (3S/N) for the 19 veterinary drugs were found same to be 0.5 μg·kg-1.Tests for recovery were carried out at three concentration levels of 0.01,0.05,0.20 mg·kg-1,giving values of recovery in the range from 72.0% to 105.1% and RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 1.02%-9.13%.
