Progress of Study on Interaction of Small Molecules with Bovine Serum Albumin by Spectroscopy
A review on the process of research on interaction between small molecules and bovine serum albumin by spectroscopy,including UV-VIS spectrophotometry.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,molecular fluorescence spectroscopy.Raman spectroscopy and etc.in recent years,was presented.Advantages and trends of research on the related methods were also discussed (63 ref.cited).
