    Preparation of Caffeic Acid Molecularly Imprinted Polymer and Its Application to Separation of Caffeic Acid by HPLC

    • The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) of caffeic acid was synthesized in aqueous medium with caffeic acid as template molecule and acrylamide as functional monomer,and it was used to prepared chromatographic column.It was found that the imprinted polymer had good affinity and marked selectivity for caffeic acid.A mixed solution of methanol-water (25+75) was used as mobile phase,the resolution of caffeic acid with its analogue caffetannic acid achieved to 1.91.
