Abstract
The soil sample from lead-zinc ore mining area was digested in a closed vessel under pressure, and the contents of Cr, As, Cd, Ni, Cu, Mn, Zn, Co and Pb in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS. The interference of S on Cu was eliminated by adding HCl solution, the spectral interferences was corrected by using spectral interference correction equations, and interferences of the matrix elements were eliminated by addition of internal standard. Values of detection limit (3s) of As was found to be 1×10-4mg·g-1, and of the remainder elements were 1×10-5mg·g-1. Values of recovery of the 9 elements found were in the range of 90.1%-109.1%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of soil CRM′s (GBW 07401, GBW 07404, GBW 07406), the results obtained was in conformity with standard values.
