CAPILLARY GC DETERMINATION OF RESIDUAL CADUSAFOS IN VEGETABLES

    • Quartz capillary chromatographic column (DB1701,30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm) was applied to the GC determination of residual cadusafos in vegetables with flame photometric detection.A portion of the smashed vegetable sample was extracted with acetonitrile. An aliquot of the extract was taken and then dried by nitrogen current. The residue was taken up with acetone and the solution was ready for GC determination. The determination was performed with external standard method, with a detection limit of 0.01 mg·kg-1.In its application to the analysis of vegetable samples,RSDs found at different concentration levels of cadusafos, were in the range of 255%-11.80%,and recoveries tested by standard addition method were in the range of 84.8%-102.0%.
