Abstract
2.0 grams of sample of crude oil was diluted to 20.0 g with aviation kerosene and introduced directly into the instrument for ICP-AES determination of the contents of 20 elements, including Ag, Al, B, Ba, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Mo, Na, Ni, Pb, Si, Sn, Ti, V and Zn in the sample. Under the optimized conditions, values of detection limit (3S/N) of the elements found were in the range of 0.1-3 mg·kg-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of crude oil, giving values of recovery found by standard addition method in the range of 80%-105%, with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 1.24%-6.23%.
