Abstract
A method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of Li in Radix isatideis (Banlangen) was reported.Sensibilization of the surfactants was studied and OP was selected as the sensibilizer.Absorption signal could be increased by a factor of 35%.Linearity was ranged in 0.0-3.3 mg·L-1 of Li.The proposed method was sensitive and convenient and has been applied to the determination of Li in Radix isatideis (Banlangen) with satisfactory results.
