Abstract
A new method for simultaneous determination of lead, chromium and cobalt in sheepskin products by GFAAS was proposed in this paper. The sample (1.000 g) was extracted at 40 ℃ with artificial sweat (30 mL) for 20 min. The temperatures of ashing and atomization were set respectively at 650 ℃ and 1 500 ℃ for lead, 1 000 ℃ and 2 300 ℃ for chromium, 1 200 ℃ and 2 100 ℃ for cobalt. Under the optimal experimental conditions, linear relationships between values of absorbance and mass concentration were kept in the ranges of 10.00-100.0 μg·L-1 for lead, 20.00-100.0 μg·L-1 for chromium and 20.00-100.0 μg·L-1 for cobalt, with detection limits (3S/N) of 0.038 , 0.091 and 0.086 μg·L-1 respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of sheepskin products, giving values of recovery in the ranges of 95.5%-97.3% for Pb, 93.9%-97.7% for Cr and 98.5%-99.3% for Co. Values of RSD′s (n=5) found were less than 5.0%.
