Abstract
Human gallstone was calcined then dissolved with HNO3.Fe,Mg,Cu,Ca,Na and K in prepared sample solution were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Under the selected working conditions,no interference occurs.Detection limits of these elements were all smaller than 0.036 g·L-1,precision of the determination was RSD<5.0%,and recoveries were 93.2%-109.7%.
