    Fluorescence Property of the Complex of Terbium(Ⅲ) with Lomefloxacin and Its Analytical Application

    • A complex was formed between terbium(Ⅲ) and lomefloxacin (LMX) in an acetate buffer medium of pH 6.0-6.5.Fluorescence property of the complex was observed with its λex at 330 nm and λem at 546 nm.Linear relationship was obtained between the relative fluorescence intensity and the concentration of LMX in the range of 0.01-0.43 mg·L-1,with a detection limit of 0.001 mg·L-1.In its application to the determination of LMX in LMX capsules,values of recovery found were in the range of 96.5%-102.0%,and values of RSD′s (n=5) obtained were from 1.5%-2.1%.
