Abstract
Sampling was performed by using glass beads as medium, and the 6 kinds of main volatile components,i.e.,alcohols,phenols,aldehydes,ketones,acids and esters,of hands and forearms of the polulation were determined by GC-MS with head-space solid phase microextraction. The chromatograms obtained were statistically analyzed, qualitative analysis was made on the base of the ratio of common peaks and quantitative analysis was made on the base of the relative peak area of common peaks by applying the pattern recognition method of the Kolmorogv-Smirnoff rank test and the Spearman rank correlation coefficients. As shown by the results, besides the acids and phenols, the other 4 kinds of volatile components were feasible to be used as characteristic marks for the identification of different individuals.
