Determination of metals in Buxus Harlandii Hance by Microwave Assisted Digestion with FAAS

A method of FAAS for the determination of metals Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn and Co in different parts of Buxus Harlandii Hance was described in this paper.The sample was prepared with microwave assisted digestion.Correlation coefficients of the linear regression equations were in the range of 0.996-0.999.Recovery was ranged in 94.0%-109.5%.RSD′s of the determination (n=5) were from 2.1% to 6.6%.
