Abstract
In-situ polymerization of monomers of glycerol methyl propenoiate (GMP) and bis-(6-O-monoester of butenedioic acid)-β-cyclodextrin was performed in a capillary of bore diameter of 100 μm to prepare the chiral capillary monolithic column, which was used for the HPCE separation of enantiomers of 4-hydroxy-amphetamine.Optimum conditions for the separation were found as follows: ① acidity of background electrolyte: pH 4.2;② temperature of capillary column: 18 ℃;③ separation voltage: 20 kV;④ mobile phase: mixture of acetonitrile and 9 mmol·L-1 PBS,mixed in the ratio of 60 to 40 by volume.Under the optimized conditions, the enantiomers of 4-hydroxy-amphetamine were satisfactorily separated within 4 min, having value of resolution factor 1.56.
