HG-AFS Determination of Soluble Arsenic from Liushen Pill in Simulated Gastric Juice

HG-AFS was applied to the determination of total arsenic (As) in Liushen pill and study on the amount of soluble arsenic from the pill in simulated gastric juice was also made. It was found that the content of soluble As in simulated gastric juice only accounted for 5.9% of total arsenic in Liushen pill,and that dissolving equilibrium of the soluble arsenic in simulated gastric juice and in the pill was attained very soon. Pepsin in the simulated gastric juice was found to show promotion action on the dissolving out of the soluble arsenic from the pill.
