HG-AFS Determination of As,Sb,Bi,Hg and Se in Marine Sediment

A method for HG-AFS determination of As,Sb,Bi,Hg and Se in marine sediment by digestion of the sediment sample with acid mixture of HCl-HNO3-H2O (3+1+4) was proposed.Under the optimum conditions,values of detection limit (3s/k) found were 0.018 μg·g-1 (for As),0.004 μg·g-1 (for Sb),0.001 μg·g-1 (for Bi),0.003 μg·g-1 (for Se) and 0.604 ng·g-1 (for Hg).In application of the proposed method to analyze 3 CRM′s,results found were in consistency with the certified values.
