Abstract
A method for determination of platinum in human plasma released from the sustained-release implant of cis-platinum by GF-AAS was proposed.Veinous blood was taken as sample and digested with conc.HNO3 and H2O2.The clear digested solution was cooled to 4 ℃ to solidify fat which was then separated by filtration. The filtrate was collected and evaporated to dryness, the residue was taken up with 200 μL of HCl(1+99) and used for GF-AAS analysis under the optimized conditions.Linear relationship was obtained between values of absorbance and mass concentration of Pt(Ⅳ) in the range from 0.02-1.00 mg·L-1.Detection limit (3σ) of the method was found to be 0.016 mg·L-1.Recovery and precision were tested on the base of simulated samples by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range from 94.6% to 120.0%,and values of RSD′s (n=5) less than 7%.
