Abstract
An ICP-MS method was proposed in this paper for the determination of 38 trace elements in grape wine.The wine sample was prepared by dilution with nitric acid.Working parameters were optimized via the study of the effects of RF power,carrier gas flow rate and sampling depth on the formation of oxides and double-charged particles.Under the optimized conditions,interferences were depressed to minimum extent via selecting the non-interfering isotopes,compiling the correction equations and using internal standards.The proposed method showed low detection limits,wide linearity,and recovery ranged in 84%-121% for various elements.Values of RSDs of the determination found were less than 5.0%.The method was feasible to be applied to the determination of trace elements in the wine and to provide a reference for finger-mark study of elements in the wine.
