Abstract
A new method for the determination of uranium in soil by ICP-AES was proposed in this paper. The sample (0.200 0 g) was dissolved completely with 6 mL of HNO3, 2.0 mL of HCl and 2.0 mL of HF in a micro-wave digestor. The spectral line of 385.958 nm was selected as analytical line for the determination. Value of detection limit (3σ) of the method found was 0.15 mg·L-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of a CRM [GBW(E) 080173], giving results in consistency with the reference values. Values of recovery of the method were found in the range of 92%-106%, and RSD (n=10) was 1.0%.
