Abstract
A method based on solvent extraction combined with HPLC for the determination of residual carbendazol, imidacloprid and thiophanate methyl in fruits and vegetables was proposed. The residual insecticides in sample were extracted with a mixed solvent of dichloromethane and acetic acid, and separated on an AtlanticsB dC18 column.Gradient elution with a mixed solution of methanol and 0.1 mol·L-1 HCl was performed and the insecticides in the eluate were determined by UV-detection at 267 nm.Recoveries of the method were 84% for carbendazol,83% for imidacloprid and 89% for thiophanate methyl, with relative deviation of 10.68%,6.60%,9.08% respectively.
