Abstract
The sample was pretreated by refluxing with CH3OH+H2O(90+10) for 45 min and extracting on Sep-Pak-C18 microcolumn.In the HPLC analysis,the Zorbax stable Bound (4.6 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm) was used as stationary phase,and a mixture of H3PO4 (2+998) and methanol with a ratio of 1 to 1 was used as the mobile phase.Main flavones in the sample were separated from the base-line within 1.5 min.UV-diode array detector was used in the determination at the wavelength of 360 nm.Samples of 5 kinds of saururus chinesis (Lour) baill was analyzed by the proposed method,giving values of recovery in the range 97%-103%,and RSD′s (n=5) in the range 1.6%-2.2%.
