FI-Chemiluminescence Determination of Furoylureidum Penicillinum (Sodium Salt) in Its Injections

Abstract
Based on the chemiluminescence (CL) reaction of Furoylureidum Penicllinum (Na+-salt,abbreviated as FUPC below) with luminol in 0.03 mol·L-1 NaOH solution,using K3Fe(CN)6 both as catalytic and luminescent agent and using K4Fe(CN6) as luminescent depressor,and by using FI technique,a FI-CL method for rapid determination of FUPC in its injections was proposed.Under the optimum condition,linearity range of the working curve was kept between 6.5×10-6-8.0×10-4mol·L-1,and detection limit (3s/k) of the method found was 3.3×10-6mol·L-1.Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 5.0×10-4mol·L-1 of FUPC,for 11 determinations,value of RSD found was 0.9%.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method using powder injection samples as matrixes,results of recovery found were in the range of 96.8%-98.3%.
