Determination of Flash Point of Tributylstannane by the Closed Cup Flash Point Method

The MINIFLASH FLA automatic eight cup flash point detector (closed cup flash point method) was used for determination of flash point of tributylstannane.Various factors influential to the determination,including the storage condition of samples,the number of times of flashing,the rate of temperature elevation,and the correction for atmospheric pressure,were discussed.Influence of state of maintainance of the instrument was also studied.
