SPE-GC Determination of Residual Carbamates Pesticides in Vegetable

Residual amounts of carbamate pesticides in samples of vegetable were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by sold phase extraction on amino column,concentrated and made up to 1 mL,with acetone which was used for GC determination.By using DB-1701 capillary chromatographic column,7 carbamates pesticides were separated and determined by NPD.The values of detection limit (3S/N) found were in the range of 0.008-0.034 mg·L-1.Precision and recovery of the method were tested,and values of RSD′s (n=6) and of recovery found were in the range of 1.81%-5.91% and 90.0%-112.0% respectively.
