Use of Multi-Channel γ-Spectrometer in the Determination of 226Ra in Phosphate Ore

The GBT 2480 Multi-channel γ-spectrometer was used in the determination of 226Ra in phosphate ore.Working conditions for the determination were studied and optimized.Analytical data were obtained by the GBT 2840 spectra measuring software MCA,and data treatment were performed by using the GBT 2840 spectra analytical software Win NaI.As shown by the experimental results,data of precision and accuracy obtained met with the requirements of the GB standard.
