Abstract
Deoxyschizandrin A and other components in schisandra chinensis were effectively separated by capillary electrophoresis using a buffer solution, composed of 15 mmol·L-1 Na2HPO4,15 mmol·L-1 Na2B4O7 and ethanol in one-fifth of the total volume,as moving electrolyte solution.Clear and finely shaped peaks were obtained as shown in the electrophoregram.Linear regression equation for the determination of deoxyschizandrin A was obtained as follows:y=-0.72+24.9 x (x is the concentration of Deoxyschizandrin A in g·L-1) corresponding to linearity range of determination from 0.03 to 0.37 g·L-1.Correlation coefficient of the regression equation was 0.998.A sample of schisandra chinensis was analyzed by the proposed method for its content of deoxyschizandrin A with 6 determinations. The result obtained was 1.18% with RSD of 2.63%.Test for recovery was performed and average recovery of 99.6% was obtained.
