Abstract
In a buffer solution of disodium hydrogenphosphate, sodium citrate and phosphoric acid of pH 6.1,a compound complex was formed between serum alumumen and the complex of Pb2+ with xylenol orange (XO),having its absorption maximum at 300 nm.Taking bovine serum albumien (BSA) as analyte, beer′s law was obeyed within 7 mg·L-1,with a detection limit of 7.4×10-3mg·L-1.The proposed method was used in analysis of 3 human serum albumen samples, and the results obtained were checked by the conventional method of CBBG-250.
