    Simultaneous Spectrophotometric Determination of Phenazone,Barbital and Amidopyrine by the Algorithm of Support Vector Regression

    • Support vector regression was applied to the simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of 3 components,i.e.phenazone,barbital and amidopyrine,in the anodyne “Antongding”.A series of standard samples were prepared by the uniform designing with the 3 compounds mentioned above in different proportions.Calibration model was established by applying the support vector regression.As shown by the experimental results of analysis of simulated samples and substantial sample of “Antongding” injection,values of recovery and RSD′s (n=5) found were in the range of 98%-104%,and in the range of 0.48% to 1.24%,respectively.
