Abstract
HPLC was applied to the determination of bisphenol A in thermo-sensitive paper. The sample was extracted with 100 g·L-1 Na2CO3 solution for 10 min, after filtering, the filtrate was used for HPLC determination, in which Xbridge C18 column was used as chromatographic column, and a mixture of methanol and water (70+30) was used as mobile phase; fluorimetric detection at the wavelengths of (λex) 362 nm and (λem) 440 nm was adopted. Linear relationship between value of peak area and mass concentration of bisphenol A was obtained in the range of 0.5-200 mg·L-1, with limit of detection (3S/N) of 5 mg·kg-1. The proposed was applied to the analysis of substantial samples, giving results in consistency with those obtained by the standard method (SN/T 2379-2009). Values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) obtained were in the ranges of 98.0%-100% and 1.5%-1.8% respectively.
