Abstract
The sample of bamboo leaves was digested with HNO3 and H2O2 in a teflon vessel and heated in the microwave digester under the prescribed working program. The sample solution obtained was made up to 25 mL and used directly for the ICP-AES determination of 9 essential elements (Cr, Zn, Ni, Co, Fe, B, Mn, Cu and Sr). Linear relationships between values of emission intensity and mass concentration of 9 elements were found in the same range of 0.05-2.00 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s) in the range of 0.04-0.50 μg·g-1. The proposed method was used to analyze a CRM of poplar leave (GBW 07604), giving results in consistency with the certified values. Values of recovery of the method found were in the range of 87.0%-107.6%.
