Determination of Oxide Content in Titanium Oxide Sinter

The oxide contents of a series of titanium oxide sinter′ were determined by electron probe X-ray micro-analysis (EPMA) and phase analysis of the oxide sinters was studied by X-ray diffraction method (XRD).It was concluded that on the base of relationship of certain physical characteristics of the products with their contents of oxides,it is possible to evaluate the oxide content of a sintered product from certain of its apparent physical character.The results obtained were of guiding meaning for the membrane coating in the next processing.
