Recent Progress of Development and Application of Microemulsion HPLC

A review on the development and application of microemulsion high performance liquid chromatography, mainly in the last decade, was presented, relating especially to topics on the behavior of migration of solutes and its influential factors and on the application of microemulsion-HPLC to analysis of drugs with complex composition. A prospect on the development of microemulsion-HPLC was also given (33 ref. cited).
