Establishment and Application of Calibration Model for NIR Spectroscopy

Steps taken for establishment of calibration model for NIRS,including selection of sample set,collection of spectra,establishing the quantitative calibration model with its verification and instituting criterial for feasibility of the model,were expounded in this paper.And furthermore,factors influential to the results of NIRS analysis were dissected,and some key points userul for practical application of NIRS were also discussed.
