Abstract
A mixture containing 1 mg of glucose oxidase (GOD), 2 mg of the composite of nano-gold and carbon nanotubes (Nano-Au/CNT′s), 1 mL of absolute alcohol and 10 μL of perfluorosulfonic acid, was dispersed ultrosonically and dropped onto the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE), to prepare a novel biosensor (designated as Nano-Au/CNT′s/GOD/GCE) for glucose. In a solution of 0.2 mol·L-1 PBS and in the presence of 5.5×10-5mol·L-1 luminol, using the novel biasensor as working electrode, linear relationship between magnitude of CL of the CL reaction with luminol and values of concentration of glucose was obtained in the range of 8.0×10-7-5.0×10-4mol·L-1 with its detection limit (3S/N) of 8.0×10-8mol·L-1. Value of RSD (n=5) found with a same biosensor in successive determinations was 4.8%. The CL intensity was lowered to an extent of 7.2% when the biosensor was kept in the PBS of pH 7.8 at 4 ℃ for 2 weeks.
