    Determination of Residual Amount of Flufiprole in Soil by GC with ECD

    • A method of GC with ECD for the determination of residual amount of flufiprole in soil was proposed. The sample was extracted with a mixture of n-hexane and acetone (1+1) at the temperature of 50 ℃. The analyte was separated on VF-1MS elastic quartz capillary column and detected by ECD. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of flufiprole was kept in the range of 0.005-0.50 mg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 75.2%-100%, and values of RSD′s (n=5) less than 7%.
