GC-MS Determination of 4 Environmental Hormones in Water Sample with Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction

    • Contents of 4 environmental hormones, including acetochlor, alachlor, triadimefon and triadimenol in water sample were extracted by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction with tetrachloroethylene as extraction solvent and tetrahydrofuran as dispersant. The extract obtained was determined by GC-MS. Linear relationships between values of mass concentration and peak area of the 4 hormones were kept in the same range of 0.05-100 μg·L-1, with limits of detection (3S/N) of 0.016 μg·L-1 for acetochlor, 0.015 μg·L-1 for alachlor, 0.023 μg·L-1 for triadimefon and 0.032 μg·L-1 for triadimenol respectively. Tests for recovery and precision were tested by addition of 0.2 and 2.0 mg·kg-1 of standard solutions, and analyzed by the proposed method, values of recovery in the range of 86.8%-118% and values of RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 2.1%-6.2% were obtained.
