Use of the SPSS Software for Data Treatment in Spectrophotometry

The SPSS software was used for data treatment in spectrophotometry,including the preparation of standard curves,establishment of regression equations and testings for their linearity,validity as well as feasibility.As shown by its application in the spectrophotometric determination of ammonia-nitrogen with Nessler′s reagent,the software was proved to be rapid in operation,easy to learn,accurate in calculation and etc.
