Present Status of Analysis of Alkyl Polyglucosides
A review on the methods of analysis of alkyl polyglucosides (APG′s in short) including gas chromatography,HPLC,TLC,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,anthrone colorimetry,IR-spectroscopy,enzymatic catalytic method and potentiometric titration,as well as the principles,specific features and draw backs of these methods reported mainly in the years from 1991-2008,was given in this paper (27 ref. cited).
