Preparation of Bovine Hemoglobin-Imprinted Polymer and Its Adsorption Characteristic against Bovine Hemoglobin

Bovine hemoglobin-imprinted polymer was prepared with bovine hemoglobin as template molecule, acrylamide as functional monomer and N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide as cross-linking agent. Specific adsorption property of the imprinted polymer against bovine hemoglobin was studied. It was found that values of maximum static adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymer was found to be 81.39 mg·g-1 with elution time of 8 h and elution rate of 83.53%.
