Application of XRFS Without Using Standard Samples to Inspection of Mineral Products in Exits and Entrances at Customs

An introduction on the emergence and development of the technique of without using standard samples in XRFS analysis,especially on the related soft wares,analytical procedure and working principle,was given,and analysis of several substantial samples of ores and minerals was exampled to show the application and prospect of this technique in the field of inspection of commodities in exits and entrances.
