Abstract
An introduction on the origin of aluminum present in food was related and a review on the recent progress of methods for inspection of aluminum in food was presented covering mainly the last decade and relating especially to methods of ICP-AES, ICP-MS, GF-AAS, electrochemical and spectrophotometric methods (75 ref. cited).
