Abstract
GC fingerprint atlas of the 1115 tobacco essence and flavor was established. The 65 μm PDMS/DVB coating was selected for the micro-extractor, and the extraction was carried out at 70 ℃ for 40 min. The analyte were separated with TEKNOKROMA TBR-5 capillary column and detected by hydrogen FID. Nine batches of samples of the 1115 tobacco essence and flavor were analyzed by the proposed method, and the fingerprint atlases of different batches obtained were submitted for the hierarchical clustering analysis. The proposed method was proved to be feasible for use in the quality control of tobacco essence and flavor by blending experiments.
