FAAS DETERMINATION OF 5 METAL ELEMENTS IN KUHUANG INJECTION AND SOME TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINES USED AS RAW MATERIALS

FAAS was applied to the determination of Cu,Fe,Zn,K and Na in Kuhuang injection and the raw Chinese medicines,Chinese rhubarb,capillary artemisia,root of chinse thorowax,kushen and etc,using HCl (2+98) and n-butyl alcohol (6+94) as matrix modifier for iron and zinc respectively,and HNO3 (2+98) as matrix modifier for copper,potassium and sodium.The results of analysis of 5 above-mentioned medicine samples gave RSD′s less than 4% and recoveries in the range of 92.6%-112.1%.
