SPME-GC-MS Determination of Trace Amount of Tetramine in Blood

Tetramine was separated from the blood sample (2 mL of blood diluted to 15 mL with water) by SPME with polyacrylic fiber extractor (PA extractor).After dipping the PA extractor into the sample solution for 30 min,it was taken out,washed 2-3 times with water,and heated to remove any adhered water.The extractor was then inserted into the smaple inlet of the instrment,and tetramine on the extractor was thermally desorbed and determined by GC-MS.Detection limit (3S/N) of the method found was 1.1 μg·L-1.Value of RSD (n=6) found at concentration level of 100 μg·L-1 was 4.03%.
