Abstract
GC-MS was applied to the analysis of nacre powder of hyriopsis cumingii lea for its organic chemical compositions.Dichloromethane was used as solvent to extract the organic ingredients from the sample solution at pH 2,pH 7 and pH 12 in succession, the extracts were combined and evaporated at 50 ℃ to 1 mL,which was used for GC-MS analysis. As shown by the analytical results, through separation on the capillary column DB-5MS,17 peaks were recognized in the TIC chromatogram, and 11 among which were identified with their relative contents (in %) determined by the method of normalization of peak area, amounting to 70.73% of the total. The main organic compounds found were erucyl amide,1-chloroheptacosane,4,6-di-tert-butyl-m-cresol,butyl-iso-butyl phthalate,2-1-(4-chlorobenzyl)-1,4-dihydropyridin-4-ylidene-indan-1,3-dione and etc.
