    Fluorospectrometric Study on the Interaction Between TanshinoneⅠ and Human Serum Albumin

    • Characteristic of the interaction between tanshinoneⅠ (TSNⅠ) and human serum albumin (HSA) was studied by fluorospectroscopy.It was found that significant quenching of fluorescence of HSA was observed by its reaction with TSNⅠ.As judged from the fluorescence quenching constants obtained by Stern-Volmer equation and Linewear-Burk equation,the type of fluorescence quenching of HSA by TSNⅠ was attributed to static quenching.Values of thermodynamic parameters ΔH and ΔS before and after the reaction were calculated and based on these results,the binding force of the reaction was recognized to be the electrostatic force.Through the study by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy,it was proved that the configuration of HSA was not effected by the reaction with TSNⅠ.
