Abstract
β-Cyclodextrin (12.0 mmol·L-1) was used as an additive added to a solution containing 0.05 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4 and 2% (by vol.) of triethylamine (pH 2.5),which is mixed with methanol in the ratio of 75∶25 and used as the mobile phase in the resolution of enantiomers of indapamide by RP-HPLC. The Kromasil C18 column was used as chromatographic column. Flow-rate of 0.8 mL·min-1 was taken for the mobile phase. Under the optimun conditions, the enantiomers of iodapamide were satisfactorily under room temperature.
